"We came here and the food was AMAZING! Service was extremely friendly and kind. My favorite drinks were the Carajillo (think Mexican espresso martini) and the iced Ube Latte. Our group had the bacon & egg fried rice - do not sleep on that, it's VERY yummy! We also had the bacon cheesy hash brown bake which was killer good too! Overall, really well rounded menu, we cannot wait to come back!"

So excited to have a great new brunch spot in Castle Rock. We have been a fan of Coffee Sarap for a couple of years and it's awesome that their great coffee is now paired with delicious food. Definitely check it out!
